Before ordering
Include the product name, strength, quantity, destination and the documents you need. If your purchase depends on a deadline, explain the date so availability and shipping can be discussed before payment.
Existing orders
Include your order number and the email used at checkout. For a product issue, identify the affected item, batch label and the problem observed. Keep package and product photographs ready for the support conversation.
Cryptocurrency payment questions
