Free cancellation within 24 hours
You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. Email huizhou99888@gmail.com or use the inquiry form with your order number and the email used at checkout.
Cancelling an order does not automatically reverse a blockchain transfer. If you have already paid, include the currency, network and transaction ID so we can arrange the refund.
Refund arrival
Refunds are expected to reach your wallet within 7 days after the cancellation or refund is confirmed. We will confirm the receiving address, network, refund amount and currency with you before sending the transfer. Never send a wallet seed phrase or private key.
If a refund has not arrived within 7 days of confirmation, contact huizhou99888@gmail.com with your order number so we can check the transfer.
Free replacement for damaged items
Damaged items are replaced free of charge. Contact us with your order number, affected product and quantity, and a description of the damage. Available photographs of the product, packaging and labels help us review the issue and arrange a replacement.
Other order or product issues
If an item is incorrect or you need other assistance, contact us with the order number and relevant product details. We will confirm the next steps with you. Before sending anything back, obtain the return address and instructions from our team.
